2. Statutory Delivery Deadline (UK Compliance)

In strict accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Moggifillier guarantees that all orders will be delivered to your designated UK shipping address within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of your order confirmation.

In the highly exceptional event that an order is not delivered within this 30-day statutory window (unless an extended timeline was explicitly agreed upon by both parties), you maintain the absolute legal right to cancel your order for a full and immediate refund.

3. Transfer of Risk, Loss, and Damage

  • The risk of loss, theft, or damage to the goods remains entirely with us until the package is successfully delivered and physically received by you, or by a third party explicitly designated by you (such as a neighbour or a secure delivery box).

  • Once physical possession of the goods transfers to you or your designated representative, the legal responsibility and risk transfer to the customer.
